Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Merchandise may not be returned without approval. All sales are final upon receipt. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for merchandise returned not due to our error in shipping. Please notify us with any problem with your order (shortages, damaged items, etc.) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Charms: The charms are solid brass plated with sterling silver, which is antiqued. The finish may vary slightly in darkness of antiquing due to the variances in the plating process. Silver charms may tarnish slightly over a period of time. Charms may be polished with a good quality silver polish or a silver polishing cloth.
9000 series item numbers are castings made of solid pewter.
Quantity discount for 1 gross (12 dozen) of the same charm. To calculate the gross price, multiply the dozen price by 10. Items or finishes can not be mixed for the quantity price break.
Minimum Order accepted is $25.00 If your order is under $25.00 your order will not be accepted .
Due to fluctuating metal costs, prices are subject to change without notice.
Backorders: We will automatically backorder out of stock items, totaling more than $10.00. You must call us if you wish to cancel a backorder. Backorders can take up to three (3) weeks to be shipped, and could take longer during the busy holiday season. You will be charged nominal shipping rates for backordered items.
